3-minute Balsamic Dressing
Makes: 100 ml dressing
Time to make: 3 mins
This incredibly versatile dressing is perfect to splash on salad, drizzle over baked potato, mains, or simply as a dipping oil for fresh bread. I learned a variation of it from my Aunt in about 2002 and it has been part of my repertoire since then. It has a fair amount of garlic, so be sure to share it around!
It is incredibly easy to make up and only takes minutes to shake it all together.
