She explained how she makes them and I&#8217;ve adapted it very slightly. Blitz <strong>bread into crumbs<\/strong><br><br>2. <strong>Blend <\/strong>all dry ingredients together<br><br>3. <strong>Blend <\/strong>tofu, onion, garlic and soy sauce<br><br>3. <strong>Combine <\/strong>the two mixtures in a bowl<br><br>4. <strong>Shape <\/strong>into teaspoon-sized balls<br><br>4. <strong>Bake <\/strong>in a moderate oven for 15 mins<br><br>5. Add vegetable oil to a hot pan and <strong>brown them<\/strong> for about 3-4 mins<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">Equipment<\/span><\/td><td><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Notes<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">&#8211;
