Light, fluffy and utterly delicious! These are so easy, this will quickly become your ‘go-to’ recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients<\/td>Method<\/td><\/tr>
– 2 1\/2 cups of self-raising flour<\/strong>
– 2 Tbsp sugar<\/strong>
– 1\/2 teaspoon baking powder<\/strong>
– 60 g butter <\/strong>(room temp)
– 1 cup buttermilk<\/strong>


<\/td>		1. Preheat <\/strong>oven to 210\u00b0C

2. Sift <\/strong>flour, baking powder and sugar into a bowl

3. Rub <\/strong>the butter into the flour

4. Fold<\/strong> in buttermilk with a fork

5. Lightly press <\/strong>to 3cm thick on a floured surface

6. Cut <\/strong>into rounds with the rim of an upturned glass dipped in flour

7. Bake <\/strong>on lined tray for 10-15 mins
